This area of the CSSDP provides access to CGSM data. Data and data products are divided by instrument type,
which can be selected using the left side menu.
Additional CGSM data sets will be provided on the CSSDP as they become
available.
CGSM is the successor to the CANOPUS program operated by the Canadian Space
Agency from 1986 to March 2005. CANOPUS involved the collection of
data from a network of magnetometers, riometers, photometers and all-sky-imagers.
CANOPUS and new instrument data is presented on the CSSDP under the banner
of CGSM.
Each CGSM instrument type is operated by a university group or government
agency that has responsibility for the collection, transmission and
verification of their own data. The data and/or data products are then
provided on the CSSDP for public access.
